COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS
Assembly Community Improvement District
Commercial property owners have agreed to form a CID to serve as a tool to facilitate infrastructure improvements connected to the redevelopment of the former Doraville General Motors assembly plant and the surrounding area.
Chamblee Doraville Community Improvement District
The Chamblee Doraville CID is a public-private partnership among local commercial property owners and governments including the cities of Chamblee and Doraville. The CID advances capital improvement projects and community services critical to the safety and vitality of our business community.
Peachtree Gateway Partnership
The PGP’s mission is to promote and sustain a responsible pro-business environment in the geographic area surrounding DeKalb-Peachtree Airport and encompassing the cities of northeast DeKalb and Gwinnett counties.
Perimeter Community Improvement Districts
The PCID is home to Fortune 500 companies, the largest retail mall in the state, casual to fine dining locations, premier retailers and multi-and single-family housing options- all woven together with exceptional transit access and last-mile connections.

Perimeter Connects
Perimeter Connects is a program of the Perimeter Community Improvement Districts. To support the vitality of the Central Perimeter area, we offer free consulting services to employers and commercial properties. Together we implement transportation solutions to improve access and mobility and reduce congestion.
